Any news on NOC 2171? I don't see any 2171's reporting except one on 2nd September. Have everyone in Aug 2171 charged CC/Encashed DD?

I was just checking the CIC site it states that if "medicals have been received" then it means decision have been made on your application then why most of us ECAS is still IN PROCESS Stage.

anyone can figure out how CIC working with charging, i cannot understand their pattern, anyone can see any charged nocs pattern, are a group of nocs are advancing and others aren't as i think all hot nocs are done.how many septmeber applicant haven't charged yet??

As you can see in this thread, some people from the beginning and middle of Sept are not charged yet..
