Any chances that the CIC will consider NOC 2171 applicants in some other NOC as it is full now...?
my app recd 24th sep... m so so disappointed

I've the gut feel that , U are not out as latest cap included the completeness check for September applicants.

Also , It could be the case CIC received too many applications for this code , and they do not in a mood to accept bulky applications for the same NOC.

SO , as Ur application already with CIC , be sure u will definitely get the PER .

Technically may not be .. But if Canada really need guys with 2174 then maybe why not ..

The whole concept of FSW program is to get peple with right Skill

Thanks Rohit.. Hope ur right.. cause when i checked last time NOC 2171 was not even close for getting Capped out.. maybe they included 2174 also in 2171 applications... Cant say anythg for sure... keeping fingers crossed

CC changing is around 100 days from date the app received..
PER/NER is around 110 days from the date the app received..
Latest CC charged is 04-Sep

How can you be sure about that?

So far the observation says that it takes 3.5 - 4 months to issue PER.

So In my point of view the PER may be on Dec last week or january first week.

I am also a 0911 NOC applicanta and my application was received on 19 September 2014.

I think think this will not reach its cap because only one month left.
