PCC are usually not required if provided along-with application. I have no idea about RPRF.. Every visa office has its own sequence of requesting documents.

Anyhow, Medicals are good sign and stay positive but I suggest to paste your requested emails (removing personal information) to get review from some seniors..

PER:- 18th dec 2014.
VO:- NDVO.

can anyone tell how much more to wait for 2nd line update. this wait is too frustrating lol. also if anybody knows the email id from which ndvo sends MR.

same here. My VO is New Delhi.app date sept 5th. Per on 22dec. Eagerly awaiting mr !!

I got on 27 Feb. I am having same timeline.
 
Guys my ECAS says "We started processing your application on Feb 24th"
1) How long will it take to receive MR?
2) How much does MR and RPRF cost for a family of 2 adults and 2 children (Both less than 5 yrs)
3) Can we pre book for MR?
4) How to do MR? Any link available to know the list of hospitals/doctors?

Congrats for second line update. I have same noc but no second line update yet. Did you send pcc along with your application. Please confirm.
Answers to your question -
Usually in15 days, sometimes it comes before or later
Rprf is 26700 for dd or 490cad per adult in the app
I m not aware of pre book. Mr wl usually cost u 4500 rs per person in india
They have a list of medical centres available on cic site depending upon your location.
