Since when your ECAS is active? Did you check it before PER or You get UCI from your PER

My friend, No need of being stressed that much you are safe as you know ur CC is charged and Your ECAS is active means PER is on the way anytime.
May I know since when your ECAS is active, Do you remember the exact date ?

I am 17th september applicant with DD mode, My ECAS is not active till today.

I'm very stressed. I submitted my application in Sept 12, NOC 3012. My CC was encached in December 01, not PER yet. When I check CIC with my UCI Number, it shows that is in process? What does it mean?

i tried 2 times to get UCI no by callong on 0016139444000. both time different persons pick but they said they dont have any information and cannot provide anything about the federal skilled worker programme.

Request if any body can clarify my below query -

1. Appln. filed date is considered same as the courier delivery date in th
is forum ?? or is there any other way to check the appln. date ??
2. I used DD from Thomas cook India for payment. Can any body advice how to check the DD encashment status other than by chasing the Thomas cook people. ?

1. Yes. Appl filed date is same as appl received / delivered date at CIC.

2. I have made DD from Thomas cook. You can get the DD status only from them (or thru per mail ). Go to the issuing branch and just chase them. They enquire abt the status from their nostro team (as per their forwarded mail to me).
My app received date is 24th sep n dd encashed on 16th dec as per their mail. All the best

DD encashed on 7th december but bank said today that its still outstanding..

No, I didn't had my UCI before my PER... First time I checked ECAS was after half an hour of receiving the golden email...
