Today I checked with my bank about my DD encashment. They infomed me that my DD has been encashed. But they cannot give the exact date. Last I called the bank on 15 December. So my DD encashed between 15 - 24 December.

My application date is 19 September 2014.

Its a good news to hear that the DD has been encashed.

Now wait for the PER.

My NOC :2132 ,I received PER on 10/12/2014 but when I tried to check my status online using UCI number in PER it says no record found, any idea ? Shall appreciate your inputs please .

Call at (00 1 613-944-4000) and then press following numbers when prompted (1,1,1,1,1,3,1) and at this stage a recorded voice will ask you three times to enter your UCI. Don't enter anything and then your call will be transferred to CIC Agent. After about 20 minutes you will hear voice of agent. Don't ask anything about status of your application just ask him/her in a polite manner to give you the UCI number. If you try to ask about your application they will not provide you any information. So just UCI. He/She will ask you couple of questions and will give you UCI. If you are lucky enough you will get UCI in first call otherwise after 3 or 4 calls. I got mine in 3rd attempt. And also call through Skype after purchasing a credit of 10 dollars this will save your money.

Atleast send them an email. While talking to them on phone don't ask about your application status, directly ask for UCI number. They will ask your name and date of birth to search in the database to extract UCI.

What i am concluding for 2171 applicants is that they should sleep b/c it is the only category which is going to take ages to get processed b/c i think there are hardly any September applicant of this category who are charged or received PER as they haven't even started working on my application which they got on 11th September.

Dear Do,

As mentioned in Pakistan Application Page of this Forum, People have addressed that there is a dispute between Canadian Banks and Pakistani Banks due to which People from Pakistan are facing this. You can read page 3580 onwards on that Topic.

What you should do is:

Send them a New Fee Payment Form [Remember Fee Payment Form is updated on November 2014, so you need to download new one].

If you have Debit Visa Card, use this as a option.

Fill the Section A and Section B of the Form as advised. Don't forget to sign the Fee Payment Form.

As mentioned to you, you can send it by courier or by E-mail.

After sending the New Fee Payment Form, do intimate CIC on email.

Can we use the debit card is it safe. What about old dd. You pay new payment this time by debit card .

I called CIC just now and they told me that they do not give information about FSW PR application. All I have to do is write an email to nova scotia and wait. Sad

Hi Sarvesh,

Keep trying, do not give up. Just be polite and keep trying and they will give you UCI. A lot of people tried after several time then got it, some from first attempt. Don't give up..

Keep trying, do not give up. try couple of times, maybe next time they will give you.
