When will we (September applicants) be start receiving PER?

I am Sep 5 applicant, CC was charged on Dec 5.

Wow, finally I find my NOC fellow....Congrats on being charged and wish you all the very best. My application was received by CIO on 11 September, DD mode, so far no news. Will stay in touch

Hi,
Both experiences are possible. It'spossible for applicants for same NOC submitted on d same date but with different application receipt time. Capping is a function of submission time. That's my own opinion and open to further clarification if any.

I thought 2nd Sep application is the last one to be under the cap...

Also a 17th Sep applicant got a reply from CIO that his application has been returned on 26th Nov because cap has already been reached...

Which one of these two events are true?? Or is this possible that both are true?Huh

A good number of Sep applicants will receive their PER from this week starting tomorrow by d grace of God.

SMS received from hdfc credit card

CC Charged: Today 14 December 6.45 pm
Noc: 0111
Application submission date: 30 September 2014
Amount Deducted: Rs 67410.16 on CITIZENSHIP & IMM FS

By the blessing of God i got good news on sunday....

Please let me know the procedure to update in Spreadsheet..
