What are your basis for saying 3012 is capped? Please enlighten. Thanks!

Don't you check this link regularly? 3012 reached 1000 by Dec 10. It's on the official website please: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp

3012 got capped...No wonder they didnt charge anybody lately. Here's what i dont understand, are september and october applicants included in the completeness check or not..? Last update only 50 (or so) increase, this update, it increased by 400....

Completeness check, that is used to update the CAP, was done for september (100% sure) and october - probably the whole month of october. Maybe even a little bit of november.

I really didnt expect it to fill up so fast, mainly because we dont see many cc charge for 3012 lately (usually cap follows right after advanced cc charges). And also from SS, there is an obvious reduction of applications 3012 for Sept, Oct and Nov....

I hope you are correct. What scares me is that there were not much 3012 advance CC charges reported few weeks before the CAP full update. I don't know... Maybe CIO is playing another one on us.

CIO is becoming stranger and stranger, yes.

For example, 1113 still doesn't have any applicant. But we have 12 applicants on the SS with CC charge or more, 3 even have MR yet!

Who knows? Maybe they weren't charging, they only advanced A LOT the Completeness Check and now they will start charging.

Either way, if I were from this NOC, I would open a CSE AND call them until I get a response.

I agree. I would just stick to the 120 day grace period for CIO before panicking. This is the most constant out of all the other factors. Best is to send a CSE on the 70th day in order to receive an update on the 120th. Good luck 3012 applicants.

I dont think there is a big number of 3012 applying from China. Because you don't even need a Bachelor's degree to work as a nurse, therefore many nurses' English level does not reach the basic requirements of four 6s in IELTS.

Hope you are right.

The facts are, cc charge for 3012 spiked into early September when other NOCs were still lingering at the end of August. Then it stopped to be charged (on Sept 08). And the last update on Nov 26 of the official website only happened AFTER this. It will be inexplainable if the cap only included until early September applicants....

However, on the other hand, they can change the number on their website however they want... and theres no way we can find out exactly what happens.
