Possible na may hingin pang docs (very rare though (ex. re-med)). mas malaki yong chance ng approval over refusal. kc once u get PPR tapos na yong thorough background & security checks. sa PPR, final checking na lang docs, meds results, security (can be likened to proof-reading na no typo error ang texts mo). not unless sa final checking they find something (usually security)... i read na sa Pinas, very rare yong na rerefuse under FC compared to other countries.
