Honestly speaking, I think it's just luck. I traveled 16 times (98 days of travel) and was unemployed twice during the 4 years preceding my application. I had also withdrawn a previous citizenship application after getting an RQ, as I had less than 1095 days of physical presence during the time of the first application.
I thought because of all of the above stuff I was surely going to get another RQ this time around. But it seems like all of these things don't really matter if you have a solid case.
