Thanks p_sreenath, however since I am out of status now in Canada, so my options are:

1. Fly back to my home country and then fly to Canada and land @ airport POE.
2. Make U-turn at peace bridge and do the land there.

Does anyone know that when I do U-turn at peace bridge, will it clear my out of status situation ? Since option 1 I maybe questioned by CBSA when leave Canada ...

I am not an expert here, but I thought the current WP needs to be valid till one lands if applying under AEO. From what I have read on forums here, IO will ask for the current valid WP at POE. It might be best to check with CIC for your situation unless you find someone who has gone through exactly same situation on the forums. May be post your question on other threads as well.

You don't need to have current valid WP if applying under AEO. IO will ask for the current valid WP at POE then you don't need to show them the proof of fund. I will bring $11500 cash with me when landing.

My Canada Post envelop tracking number is active! It means CPP sent it back.

I got PPR last Wednesday (11 pm), then I sent passport on Thursday. CPP got it on Friday and I see that it is active since yesterday (Monday, Feb 17 - Family DAY???).

Mine says 'item processed' in Ottawa as of 17:28 yesterday that is family day. I checked online to see what it means. Apparently once CIC gets the other evnelope (return with ur address on it) they notify Canada Post to let them know they have received an envelope to be sent out and give them a pickup date along with multiple other envelopes. They also give the tracking numbers to Canada Post. Does not mean that our passports are ready, the pick up date can be after 2 weeks too. Just my 2 cents.

Hmmm... pick up after 2 weeks? I think (and I hope) you are not right. Please check the tack history:

Canada Post will delivery and dispatch everyday to CIC , Its not a batch process , I guess you should get by tomorrow

Wondering if we really need to ask HR for new offer letter? Isn't Employment verification letter+pay-stubs good enough? I seriously doubt HR will be printing old offer letter with new date.
I can definitely get an offer letter which is due after I land and become PR of Canada not before.

I think the chocolate idea is great, but if it was a bad day for her who knows what she would interpret with that! glad toor13 could talk out of the situation.

amdee - the comfprmation of employeement should be fine as i had one from October and i took it along, even on that she say would have been fine if it was recent. So i believe you should carry your latest pay stub, employement conformation, POF just to be on safer side. It's good idea to carry all the docs then trying to prove your point at border, which might bring down one's excitement of being PR.

Don't worry its isolated case. Perhaps we should be prepared to take all necessary documents, pertinent to employment, financial details and Personal details (POA, DL etc)
Toor13 - Status to PR good and thanks for sharing your experience, apparently you should have taken some chocolates with heart shaped (spreading love) since you have landed on valentine day

Just got the package form CPC-Ottawa. No any VISA pasted inside my passport. I am surprised that COPR document is regular print from regular printer I was expecting something similar to Visitor/Work Permit. I am planning to do landing till end of week. Cheers!

Congrats! You may not have VISA pasted if you are from visa exempt country.
Does CoPR have the photograph or any other info on it? There has to be some way to identify you on that paper.

Yes, there is a photo on it. I will do landing on Sunday at Rainbow Bridge. Will let you know about my experience.

Just did my landing at Peace bridge....feels good to be a Permanent Resident.....total time=25 min
