There is no other form to fill in ? Like the eye color and height form (Updated Information Sheet)

So it will be only:
1. PPR email
2. Passport
3. 2 Photos ?

That's the email I got, no mention of eye color or height. Possibly it's included in the Medical exam?

Called my DMP and was told that my emedical report was uploaded on 16th Dec, but the eCAS is still not updated. Looks like I need to send another query to cpp-o. I saw this thread where someone was refused PR because of weird "no communication after emed request".

Maybe that's for CEC guys only.

You must submit two (2) recent photographs of yourself and of each accompanying family member that meet the requirements stated on this webpage.

Do you have webpage address for photographs ?

Hi suchnaju, I did my medical on Dec 5th. It was emedical, so the report was uploaded on Dec 16th by the DMP.
You can check with your DMP office if they have uploaded the report yet. It seems eCAS reflects medical received a few days from the date that DMP submits the emedical report online. For me it has been 3 days, so I will send a copy of the documents to CPP-O tomorrow, making sure they know that I completed the medical exam and that it has been uploaded.

Based on what I see as a general experience, the onus is on the applicant to be pro-active and make sure to get an acknowledgement from CPP-O that they do have the document that was sent to them.

Thank you amdee and suchnaju. I know its fast as it is God's will. I was ready with my passport and 2 recent photographs. Hahaha I took my picture on Tuesday and put all my trust on God that I would get it in this week. I just went to canada post and sent it. They will get it by tomorrow.
