I just got my new SIN today.

Im in ON, and they said I should wait for 3 months for OHIP.

It's strange, were you not living/working in ON before landing? Why do you have to wait for OHIP again?

Hi Guys ..

How many days does CIC provide to submit for 1. Medical, 2. RCMP request, 3. Bio-data, and 4. Passport Submission.

really appreciate if people can input these information. Thanks in an advance.

For my meds, they gave me 30 days from the date of request. for RCMP they gave me 60 days from the date of request. I am going to the "commissionares fingure printing" on 6200 Dixie Road. I hope its a good one. I hope they send it out on time.

did you have old OHIP? or just applied your OHIP?

I have OHIP already, so I just wonder I should apply new( and wait for 3m) or renew old one.

CIC says about 13 months for the whole procedure under CEC.

BIODATA and RPRF - 30 days
Passport submission after PPR - 60 days
Medicals - my MR did not specify the time period in which the meds had to be done and submitted.
RCMP - not sure as I did not get the request.

AOR received- 24th October
Waiting for medicals.

I have been living here and I could get OHIP.

But I have a private company one paid by one of my family.

Now, I wanted to get OHIP and three months waiting is what I heard from Service Ontario.

Oh, sorry for the misunderstanding.

Bio-data and RPRF it mentioned in the mail, within 30 days after you are requested.

For the others, I don't know.

I received AOR on Nov. 21 still Application received.

I sent additional documents
-- Job reference letter with new manager's name, and more specific details of duty.(exactly same as
previous one which I sent with my application, other than job detail. -- previous one was too general)
-- T4 and Notice of Assessment for 2012.


-- finger print PCC.
-- cover letter explaining why I am sending those documents

they did not requested additional document but I just sent bc I am afraid of being rejected d/t insuficient
job description.

It was delivered yesterday 1231.

I emailed CPP-O to confirm they received and added on my application

I just received Automated repply few hours later. and nothing else until now.

Should I send scanned coppies of those paper through email?

I still haven't received any email and starting to get paranoid when I see October applicants start getting their MR. Is this something that I should worry about and email them to ask for the status??

My ECAS status was changed to Decision Made today.

I am so scared as I haven't received any medical or Passport request.

Here It says
We received your application for permanent residence on September 11, 2012.
We started processing your application on May 18, 2013.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Is this means possible rejection?
