I noticed my status changed to IN PROCESS way before I received the MR on may 2nd. By May 16th its been changed to MR received.

One question, are you applying from a visa exempt country? As it looks like you didn't have to send your passport off? Could you also give some information as to what they ask for in the email when you receive your Biodata request?

FYI, Yes I am from a visa exempt country and I didn't go through PPR.

For Biodata, What it all asks are simple, your height, color of eyes.

Biodata request came along with RPRF reqeust.

Do you get a form supplied by CIC to fill out your biodata? Did you have to send a photocopy of your passport or anything of the sorts

Sorry Mat if I could take the liberty to ans the first part of the question here. Yes, you do receive a BIODATA form from CIC. You receive it along with your MR. In some cases CIC is known to ask the same again before PPR. So I read in some of the forums. But you dont have to worry about them asking again. You just have to fill in your eye color and height and send it to them. Its the easiet and the simplest of forms. I wish all CIC forms were like that. ;D

Nothing yet for me. From what I can gather by going over the forum - it can take anywhere from two weeks to two months for the Passport to be returned with the CoPR. So I guess we'll just have to be patient and hope that Canada Post does not misplace the return mail. Good luck!

Got confirmation from CIC Ottawa that they have received my medical examination reports, even though ECAS status has not changed to Medicals Received.
