HI,,

I went to Kitchener, 1.5 hr away from toronto (http://imemed.ca/IMEmed/Contact_Us.html)
I was able to make an appointment in 2days, actually whenever I want, and they uploaded the result
in 3 days.
I had ME sep. 24, and they say, they will send the result "in this week"
I chechecked my status on oct. 1st, it has been changed "Medical result received"

I paied 240 for Dr.
about 16 for blood work.
80 for xray
all for 2 people.

this is the quickest one that I know

Kitchener Dr . very quickest in Ontario .i do recommend him for immigration medical

This is how the bio data form looks like:

There won't be any title (heading) in this form.
You have to enter Applicant Number

Below that you will find table with 11 rows and 4 columns

Enter your first name, last name height and eye color

Like that enter first name, last name height and eye color of ur family members

It's under 'Useful CIC links'. There's also a fillable pdf version of the biodata form which you
can fill on your computer, save, and email back to CIC, after you got the biodata request.

Ive heard dr Martin Taylor is good on Richmond street

Congratulations from me, too. We found Dr. Martin Taylor to be kind and fast, and he uploaded e-Medicals instantly as soon as we were finished. No wait at all, and a good office, with kind staff! So close to Union station, too, which is a plus. We were able to walk there easily.
