Sure Braveman.
1. Your bank statement (i was asked to show that actually...perhaps cuz i look poor...lol!). Other docs kept just in case: Pay stubs,NOA, Employer Reference Letter, All past WPs and study permits, 2 previous passports.
2. I reached at Fort Erie Saturday morning 830am. There was only 1 guy there ahead of me. It took me hardly 15 mins to finish at the immigration counter. If you have goods to follow (importing from home country) add another 15 mins.
3. They are usually nice. But they may throw in a trick question or two, just to see if you are dodgy or not. So be attentive no matter what crazy jokes he is cracking with you. I was. For e.g., he slipped in a question like so where ARE you working. And i quickly corrected...WAS...Since i was now on study permit, i have not been working. So just be alert. That's all. They will ask you to confirm your address verbally. Your line of work. And if you are carrying $10k or more with you at that moment.
4. No photos at that time. Yaaickss..it means they are going to use the photos i sent them earlier at Medical stage...Oh boy, it will go on my PRC. Crap!!!!
