I've heard of some people getting their photos returned back to them. I think this must be a good sign that they're convinced about your relationship and don't need any more evidence from you. Poor parents who didn't understand what it was all about ;)
My parents have a habit of jumping to worst-case conclusions... I tried to reassure them and I told them there could be more mail from Berlin, and that if they get more, they have to relax, and wait till I'm awake so I can read it and tell them what's going on. I also told them that Family Class PR is not like a lottery: My husband and I meet all the requirements, so normally there should be no problem.

Also interesting: Though they completely misspelled my parents' address in my Ecas, it was spelled correctly on the envelope, my folks checked it. So it looks like Ecas is just something they do on the side and don't always care enough for to even check their spelling. Aw well, what matters is that it's spelled correctly in my file. :)

Hello kannadiga Congrats

i m also september month end list but i received sponser ship early on november month end.
Now i m waiting for PPR .i hope i'll receive my PPR slowly at least end of this month.

I really wish there was something else I could do other than wait!

The VO emailed me requesting a copy of the CSQ, do you guys think that means they are working on the application?

I wonder how much longer it will be, the wait is killing me because so many decisions on our lives are pending on this email / letter requesting either an interview or passport...

Anyone think is wise to email the VO again to ask how things are going? I really wish I could, get a play by play sort of thing LOL...

Anyway, that is my little rant for the day, praying for a quick response and patience...

:)

Patience is a virtue for sure.

You could call them and play innocent that you know nothing about the process, it is less formal than writing and email. If you want to be even less intrusive, you could request CAIPS notes or whatever they are called. If your husband is in Canada, it is free, otherwise it is $5.

For myself I will wait another month before doing any inquiry!

Cheers!

Thanks lovlyhyd.

Keep all the reqd docs ready so that when you get PPR you can quickly send it back to CHC ND. I'm sure you will receive PPR anytime next week. :)

You just need to wait for further communication from your VO: if they need anything else, they'll contact you. Unfortunately, we're all waiting and can't do much other than hoping for the best..

congrats kannadiga !! :D

we are still waiting.....

i thought the MIcc automatically forward the csq to the respective vo once its approved if u applied for it unless u not able to appliy for csq thats what i think just correct me if im wrong... well having a response email from vo is gud sign it means they are working on ur application but too much inquiry will result to stop application .. its better just w8 untill the it reached to maximum processing time that the time u email for them..gud luck im from quebec too...same no ppr yet :(

Hi Crisetphil

Well, MICC is supposed to mail a copy to the VO, but who know if they use regular mail and that could take a while, so I emailed the VO to find out if they had received the application, the medicals and the CSQ.

They said yes to the app and the medicals but nothing about the CSQ. About a week or so later they emailed me asking for a copy of the CSQ, so I scanned it and sent it, and that is the last I heard 3 weeks ago.

so waiting it is!

gud news u have many information now about ur application unlike me just nothing its like a statue w8ting for nothin....especially tried to monitor for our postoffice here in my place but they ussually hangup the phone little bit upset from that cause maybe my letter was already there and they just not yet deliever it..later we will talk with hubby and maybe theres a letter from csq to his mailbox cause he is with me in holiday so he away ffrom his house....hope everything went fine and fast to all of us....my status still apllication receiveddd

Hey Everyone!!!

I wanted to ask, how could I know if my medicals have been received by the VO processing my applications?
