really hope so.. how do u know about it.. Is there any situation from previous years that the approval for sponsor changes into lower rather than higher.. cause they just implemented it newly as of july17, 2011...Unless someone had voluntarily asked for assitance (i dunno who will make it/right to make decission to make it lower the days of the approval).. If that so that would be gud news

the days really runs so slow for me...but 2012 will be the judgement day...

Well the time went up based on ppl's comment that it was due to summer vacations etc so now that school is back in full swing hopefully week by week we now see a decrease as workers are returning to work, also we can expect an increase around the xmas vacay time but by then our files should be in the respective VO hands

I will be applying to Vegreville (hopefully by Saturday). Also I was just on the CIC website and it said, " As of July 18, 2011, applicants for Permanent Residence are asked to complete the new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008). Applicants are encouraged to complete the form electronically and validate the information to generate 2D barcodes before printing." So I am going to check out what that is about... Has anyone else do this yet?

If you can, use the new form. You can still use and submit the old form until March 2012. We did not use the new form, as everything was signed already, and that would have been a pain to have my wife re-sign everything and mail it back to me.

yes you r right you dont have to use the new forms but you must must must fiil out this new form the new genric IMM0008 and fillout electornicy and have this bar codes then send it wz whole package this is only if u submit after july 20 ,2011
