I just advised that i wont be included in CAP !!!
Is it true??

but he has not got his DD charged....
Still he is safe?

dr ramesh u ve applied under which NOC ,ive recieved per ,i ve applied in 1st week of sep 2011

i applied on 3112 . My documents reached there on 3rd september.

sorry buddy, but let me be straight forward,0631 is at danger risk right now, it would be better if you confirm the status by emailing CIC... otherwise you will be in confusion and tension all the time...

Can i expect a PER based on this or are there still chances for an NER too??? pls advise.

you need to ask to your bank for that.
Let RKC or admin know about it so he can update u on spreadsheet..

after how many days of encashment , we will get PER mail.

you can get per within 90 days after the submission of your application
