Centennial college = nutrition and food service (sept 18)
My ielts: L:6 W:5.5 R:6 S:5.5(Overall 6 bands)
My academic: Grade 10:79%( Grade 10 maths 73/100)
Grade 12 Bio:68 Phy:48 Che:49
So, can you tell me,will I get admission?

Sorry, according to new rule of canada, minimum 6 band in each section is necessary to apply for study permit. Check this on cic.gc.ca
