Thanks for replying. I will give some time and only call in a few days if I dont hear from them. Since you’ve called a few times, what do you suggest is the best time to call and what options to select?

There is really no right or wrong time to call them. It will depend on the volume of calls they received. Anyway, when you call their number, press 3-4-1-0.

i.e notary has to attest my copies? thanks in advance

no , i didnt get any email . any idea when it turns to 'In Progress' or to receive AOR email?

I called call center and used self serve option.

It says my application is approved.

Now have to wait for the card to be mailed.

What number did you call? How to use the self serve option?

They received my applicatIon July 30th. But I only received my AOR Aug.9th. That is also the time they started processing my application, and apparently sent the card to production.

Here is my timeline:

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on July 30, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 9, 2018.
3. We started processing your application on August 9, 2018.

Your application looks like it has been urgently processed. Only August 9th? That's like 1 week, man. Most people wait 3-4 months to receive an AoR.
