I am from India and just finished off my B. Com finals, still awaiting results and preparing for IELTS.

I am expecting, I will be up with my final results and IELTS by mid of June. Will it be too late to apply for Sept. 2014 intake ?

lil bit of late... but if you can do rest of things like money, college selection, course selection etc. then it won't be that tough.
if you have all these things ready then you are good to go for sept 2014 intake.

Hi,

You should check the deadlines for applications of universities you intend applying (SEARCH ONLINE FOR CANADIAN UNIVERSITIES). Most universities have closed for Sept. 2014, but may be you could still get some.

NOTE: You can apply for admission even if your IELTS scores are not available or yet to take IELTS. In such cases you may be offered a conditional admission. So you don't have to wait still your final degree certificate gets ready or you take your IELTS.

Coll u can apply till july mid.

unis usually take 4-8 weeks to give u admit.

University admissions for September, 2014 intake will be closed by the time you get your IELTS score report. In fact, most programs are already packed up, so you've got to act REALLY quick to get the chance of securing a conditional admission offer at this moment.

you can get your conditional offer letter without IELTS. Go for it. I guess almost every college gives conditional offer letter without IELTS.
