We got married after my wife get her PR and she applyed for spouse sponcership . After 2 years waiting for visa we decided to get divorce because in 2 years , disatnce ruined our relationship . and we are emotionaly seperated now . If I come to canada before we officialy divorce , is it fraud and it will effect her citizenship ?

If you continue with the sponsorship app and land as a PR, you will be committing immigration fraud.

Yes, you would be committing fraud and could be screwing up her PR/possible citizenship if you continue to go through with the application. She should call CIC and inform them of the divorce happening and withdraw the application.

You both have a responsibility to inform IRCC of the change in circumstances. Your wife, so that they can withdraw her application to sponsor you and cancel the undertaking; and you so that the PR Visa application can be withdrawn.

If you were to land and become a PR by way of sponsorship, both of you risk serious consequences.
