Seperated while FSW in process....Please advice

I was main applicant for Federal skill worker, and my husband was dependant.
We applied through London visa office. Our case was pretty much smooth. We received AOR as well.

But My husband and I had serious marital issues and we called for an end. (seperated)
My points were 61 .... and got 12 from Husband , so total was 73
but since we are not together anymore....

a) I want to withdraw sponsorship of my husband. Can I get the refund back?
b) Shall I continue with my application, knowing my points are less now?
c) Or I should withdraw as well?
d) how should I inform the visa office?

Please Advice ASAP!

You need 67 points. With 61, your application will be rejected.
To inform them regarding your separation/to withdraw, you can write a letter to the visa office.

Based on what you have mentioned, it is best to withdraw at this stage if you are pretty sure your points don't add up to 67 (minimum) or that there is no way to get to that magic number. If you continue as it is, you will build up false hopes and it can be pretty agonizing sometimes to get a rejection after a long wait. Just assess the case to make sure you can't get to 67 points on your own and inform the visa office of your intent to withdraw.

Well, here is my take on the refund. If you were divorced and be able to prove the same through documentation, the chances of getting a refund would have been pretty high. I am not sure if you can show any paperwork for separation. Can ya? If yes, you have a good chance of a refund. The final decision would still be in the hands of CIC, but it is worth a shot if you have evidence to show for the separation.

Lets see
Since you are not legally divorced, and assuming you want to immigrate to Canada. Why dont you just let application process.
If you withdraw his application, you will also loose your opportunity. Just my 2 cents.

I personally believe that you after separation, you dont fulfil the required points, so first thing should be to contact CHC and let them know the circumstances, as far as refund is concerned, if you only have received AOR and nothing else than you'll be refunded your fee as you are qithdrawing your application before they started processing it.
