I wish to inquire what is best thing to do on my situation. I'm a foreign worker and will apply for PR, married but separated for 15 years now. I even find out that my husband married another woman in Philippines and he do not provide financial support. What shall I tick on my application, Married, Legally Separated? I do not have any plans to accompany my spouse here in Canada.Please advise. Thank you so much in advance.
