Separated or married.

I wish to inquire what is best thing to do on my situation. I'm a foreign worker and will apply for PR, married but separated for 15 years now. I even find out that my spouse married another woman in Philippines and he do not provide financial support to u or . What shall I tick on my application, Married or Legally Separated? I do not have any plans to accompany my spouse here in Canada and if needed willing to apply for divorce.Please advise since my work permit will expire soon. Thank you so much in advance.

I advice you divorce them so that they aren't important to your application. If you apply as married (or legally separated) they will need to know much more information about him because they will assume he will come to Canada with you.
