Separated daughter

Hey Guys!

Please advise me on the following situations:

* Father is applying for Canadian immigration under FSW category. He has 3 unmarried sons who will be under his application. He also has a daughter, who has 3 kids age 12, 4 and 2 months. She is separated from her husband and now lives with father and depending on him. Can father include the daughter and her kids (His grand kids) in his application? Will visa office ask for any papers? bcuz there is no paper work in separation as it is not a divorce yet.

* The above mentioned lady's sister is a Canadian citizen, can she sponsor her sister and her kids under family sponsorship program?

Your help will be highly appreciated..

Thanks

how old is the daughter? seems she must be over 22 and probably not in full time education, and in any case is married, so cannot be considered a dependent child and so cannot accompany the principle applicant

nor can the principle applicant sponsor the daughter later on when PR is obtained

nor can the sibling sponsor another sibling under family class UNLESS that sibling in Canada has no other sponsor-able relative on the list, better check this out at the family class section of cic.gc.ca or the family class section of this forum
