Is there is any one in the forum who is separated and got visa. Please reply. I am separated from my wife but I have no document to prove that. Please help me.

You question is not clear. Did you submit application with your family and now separated with your wife but have not received a visa yet? At what stage is your case? It looks like you are still legally married and as far as Immigration Canada is concerned you are Ok unless you want to change some things.

You mean if you have got the visa and now you are separated from your wife but not legally then I would say, land in Canada, get PR and then file for divorce legally. Take others opinion also.

i have also read from some places in this forum that if you are the pa its most imp that you land first...later the dependents land... in the normal course if the visa expires for the dependents then there would be no prob at all wrt your case...also as this is a delicate issue pl take more opinions on the same...

In my application I write my status as separated, visa office is asking for legal document, I don't have any legal document to prove that, seniors please suggest.
