I have around 5 years of experience in 2 related but diff NOC's (2.5 years in each). Is this ok or do i need 3 years in one NOC ?

As long as both NOC are 0, A or B you will get 5 years.

Why you asking though your timeline says you got PPR and Visa issued or is that not for PR and different application ??
