Amazing!

What I believe your file doesn’t get assessed on basis of how much money you have in account it’s all decide on how strong your ties with home country.

This year my parents and brother got Visa till 2027 with same document from my dad’s side and my in-laws also got visa.

Just one suggestion for everyone don’t think that u will show too much balance and you will get visa instead of worrying to much about money try to show them strong ties with your country. I seen people showing 30-40 lakh liquies and propery of 2 crore still they rejected .. my parents and brother applied together. In my parents count balance was around 4.5lakh and property was only our small house in India which worth 25 lakh that’s it.

Strong tie is not only property. It is your job security, or your countinuing study as well. Property is consider as a tie but not too strong than your job security.

How you will prove your job security?? Than u need to submit your last 3 year IT returns which can prove that u r making enough and you are working For same company or government job is a big strong tie to your home country

Property is a tie with your country but immigration officers may thinks that u can sell property easily and get settled down in canada illegally but if u hv a great job that they believe u will go back for your job because they thinks u won’t get that job in Canada.

Think of u have 1crore property and not good job then why should they give you visa??

Hi,

Congrats thats awesome new!!

I needed your suggestion / help on my below case

We both have full time jobs with total combined Annual income of 105,000 CAD

We would like to apply for Visitor Visa for my parents and my in Laws( wifes mother and father)

I am worried for my parents and needed your advice.

My mom is house wife and my father is retired person , he does work for small company on contract but salary is very less and its a SME company no documentation support.

> Assets : Both have residence home in there name but no major savings i guess it would be around 50,000-70,000 INR

>I transfer money to support them every month.

what would be best way to apply for them? will both our jobs and salary suffice to get application through.

I am worried for them and dont want application to be rejected. what should be content in letter of invitation
