But meanwhile the right side of my portal has my biometric submitted date

Very hard to understand! I don't know how the visa officer's evaluate the Applications? On what bases and criteria they Finalize the applications? all process is online that should not be a big deal for them to make a decision and finalize an Application.
It seems to be they are very slow or so lazy to work.

Hello, I am a foreign worker residing in Canada. I applied for study permits for my children from the UAE. Since they are minors, biometrics are not required.

The application was submitted on August 5th, 2024, from Abu Dhabi Embassy in non SDS category.
The application is still not showing up in the tracker. I called IRCC to check status it shows " the eligibility review not started yet".
Do anyone know how long it might take for the eligibility review to start? Thanks in advance!

i have submitted my passport directly to the VFS delhi for visa stamping on 16 august.
Can anyone tell me about what date i can get my passport back cause my classes start from 3 september

I have the worst scenario in my application
Did biometric on 7 June
Still Nothing has been updated
Biometric- in IRCC portal says we have not received your fingerprint. But my biometric details are visible at the top of the portal.
Background- in progress
Eligibility- in progress
Did upfront medical and it says you do not need medical..
Frustrated, tensed and still waiting.
