I have applied for TRV for my parents, and this letter is in message section for both applications.

Any idea what it means?

They only send this letter after they have made a decision.

You will receive final decision message very soon, maybe within 1 hour.

And is it that they send this letter only on refusal? Because maximum cases on this forum are of those who got correspondence letter and then application refused.

No, biometrics are mandatory, and they send this letter to everyone at the completion of application.

Only when there is huge delay between biometrics validity letter and final decision letter, there are more chances of refusal. Approvals come within an hour or next working day. More delay means slim chances.

offline applied 27aug with spouse alongwith bio
refused 11sep---same common reasons -travel history/assets
passport submitted with copies of us/uk/schenegan visas even then

Passports submission request comes after a decision has been made. Biometrics are mandatory for certain countries and you will have to submit them regardless. Usually passport requests mean a positive decision.

No updates yet. Anyone experiencing this much delay? I have applied for my mother. I am worried that the flight reservations that I had made might expire before VISA processing. Anyone else in the same dilemma? Would this affect my application?
