My consultant is saying we can not apply before April-2017 for visa...so I may apply after April-2017. If you have any information or link stating an appropriate time to apply for sep-2017 intake visa, please provide me.

i applied to dalhousie.
after feee. i had no clue about next step. but i mailed them and they gave me the address for engineering faculty.

in my case [civil engg] they needed SOP,CV,Proof of financial support,IELTS/English certfct. 2 official transcripts. you have to send them in hardform (post)
plus manitoba = didnt recieve a reply yet .
