Sent Passports to Ottawa after PPR in September

My passport was received at CIC - Ottawa on the 15th of September, and my status on MYCIC changed to the following yesterday (21st September)

Application/profile status - Closed
Review of eligibility - Passed
Review of medical results - Passed
Review of submitted documents - No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview
A background check is needed - Complete
A final decision has been reached - This application has been approved

I read somewhere that once the status changes the passport would be sent back shortly, the return tracker has not been activated yet.

My CIC status is not yet changed .. sent the passport on sep 14.. waiting for the same

PPR.. Sept 15
PP sent .. Sept 17
PP received Ottawa.. Sept 21

Still waiting, return tracker not yet activated. ;D

@ johnwick : I guess it might take atleast another week for them to send it back. Did you happen to check you My CIC if it shows up there.

@Sammy : Congrats! I'm guessing you'll get your passport back by the next week for sure man! is your return tracker activated?

@optimistic Lady : Did you send it on the 16th or it was received on the 16th, if so, then you might see a change by the end of this week at most.

it has been 10 working days since i sent the passport ... guys can i call and check with CIC ?
