your consultant is only interested in getting money from your pocket than anything else.
otherwise he would not be wasting precious time on doing stupid things
u r sending all original docs as well.....so u do not need to notarize/attest such docs
just send a set of photocopies along with your originals
1. academics transcripts/certificates+ one photocopy set
2. current passport+ first two pages..mainly bio data
3. ielts + one photocopy
4. NIC + one photocopy
5. offer letter + one photocopy
6. police certificate+one photocopy
7. only property docs are notarized/attested......no originals ...can easily be misplaced...
everything else is sent originals.....bank statements, affidavit of support, bank letter, study plan etc
