Sent back medical form and passport after medical exam

Hi,

We had applied for open study permit for our kids aged 3 and 6. We got a mail to perform medical exam for both of them with the medical forms attached. But after the medical test, they sent us back both the passports and medical forms again with no other explanation. Hospital says they have uploaded everything correctly. What does it mean?? I am really worried. Please help.

The passports were returned because they wont need it until they approve your applications.
They'll send a letter 'REQUEST for PASSPORT' if and when your applications are approved.
