In gcms notes they mentioned it as review required and mentioned OTHER CONCERNS as LOE is sent from abroad.
LOE is sent from abroad, I worked as INTRA COMPANY TRANSFEREE and got LOE with letter head from abroad address.OhWow said:

Yes, but I am only worried that they mentioned it has concern. Rest everything looks good. Final point is Review required other concerns LOE sent from ABROAD...OhWow said:

The concern here is that the abroad company can't really be held accountable if they misrepresented information about your employment to CIC. This is not a deal breaker, but if you could get the Canadian branch of your company to send a letter backing the 1st one it would help.
And yes, they do an Internet search for employers - I've had a mention in GCMS notes that my employer is well established and has a large online presence (I worked for a moderately successful Toronto startup).

will it be a misrepresentation. they given general as I left only 1st week of july. please help. End date does not fall on qualifying period.

Exact dates are required (VO seems to have missed that), but in any case it won't affect your eligibility. Add the Canadian letter to your file!goalkb said:
