Im magi applying for PR again .....

Have sum questions regarding reference letter
1) I came here as an Intra-company Transferee so should i need to mention it on my reference letter?
2) Is it best to mention NOC code on reference letter?
3) My NOC code is 2283 it have very few roles and responsibilities in hrsdc website should i need to expand or elaborate them.

Pls share your opinions

No sure, but I don't think you have to mention that

Yes, the duties have to be in own words, and should not be copied exactly from hrdc website.
Here are the sample duties, you can use these as a reference

•Gather Business, Functional and Use Case requirements and prioritized the requirements for UAT test planning and test execution
•Analyze information and business requirements for the development of Test plan and Test scenarios.

•Document detailed technical Test scenarios and Test Cases
•Identify and Create test data in the database based on Requirements
•Performed technical testing like Sanity, Functionality, System Integration User Acceptance and Load testing (Performance Testing)
•Identify defects and report them to the development team and ensure the defects are resolved
•Created Execution status report and submitted to QA manager and rest of the team.
•Bug fixes retesting and executed regression tests scripts, to ensure stability of the software

Dont mind after rejection i became a bit nervous so im asking u the question which arises in my mind...as i dnt want to take any chance.

A quick question ....while filling my application i got doubts in Generic application form
1) Immigration office requested for processing this application ----which is 4th one do i need to mention any officer or can i leave it as a blank .
2)office use only validated? are they asking me or its for VO officer??

enter Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa
2)office use only validated? are they asking me or its for VO officer??
dont enter any thing manually .....once you fill all the info in the form and then click on VALIDATE BUTTON on top... that's it.

In My reference letter, My Manager clearly wrote my NOC code like He is Working as Software Developer NOC: 2174

In my letter all the Job Duties were exactly copied and pasted from HRSDC website
My manager wrote 5 out of 7 from HRSDC which were matching to my profile (I had only 5 duties)

I think it depends on the VO assessing your application. Some might think that copied duties from
HRSDC website are OK, some want the duties written in own words.
Speaking for my employer, they don't even know what a NOC code is, so there's nothing mentioned in
my letter.

That's correct actually, some of my coworkers had same as me.. they got the files processed perfectly.
I emailed HRSDC Link for my NOC & Job letter requirements given in Document checklist to my Manager & he wrote a perfect letter for me..
+1 for My Manager.. :D

I have seen sum cases who got rejected as they copied their roles and responsibilities frm hrsdc website in der reference letter ....but u seems to be lucky.

I feel it purely depends on VO ...SO u shld give +100 to ur VO .

And coming to NOC i mentioned it on my reference letter........Thank you bickyii
