I am from Pakistan, seeking admission in MEng Electrical from canadian uni.

My profile is..

10th-68.7%(2002)

DAE(12) -65%(2005)

BTEC HND Electrical and Electronics -62.6%(2006-2008)

2 years experience in multinational company (2008-2010)

BEng (Hons) Electrical and Electronics -67% (2010-2011) 2:1 one year top-up from UK

working in same field from 2011

IELTS-6.5
L7.5, R6.5, W5.5, S6.5

please guide me in which uni i have more chances to get accepted

I am afraid you need to give proper explanation why you did two engineering degrees. The VO may think you already possess the skills you needed for your career through your 4 year employment and double undergraduate engineering degrees. So think how you are going to justify it to the VO

actually this is not double degree i studied 2 years in pakistan than final year in uk to complete my BEng(Hons)...

Oh ok. You can try for

Concordia University

University of British Colombia

University of Windsor

But you have to improve your writing to atleast band 6

Your IELTS score could be a problem as you are applying for PG program it should be more than 6 in every module. I would suggest you to try for Ielts exam again.
