guys if i submit same file attaching my computer diploma transcript in that i have 78% distinction what would be my chances

You need to take ielts again in the meantime, then apply for either may or sept term 2013. And, provide comp diploma certificate. Also, write a good purpose of statement in which you can explain reasons behind your poor performance in high school grades, whatever that might be. That's about it.

Please do not compare your case with others. Some people get visas even on fake documents, some people do not even get it on genuine docs. It is all their luck and we can not fight with the Almighty God.

Remove all the objections as they are two main objections

..Low IELTS score
..Diploma Transcript Missing

So correct both and don't take chance again........

No need to add the copy of caips ,they already have it but you can include the recommendations from Professors.......
