Seniors Please Help - H4 Applying for Skilled Category from USA

I am in US on dependent H-4 non working visa for last 4 years, thus could not work for last 4 years here. But before coming to USA I worked in India as "4131 College and Other Vocational Instructors" for 6 years.
So in last 10 years I have worked as College Instructors for 6/10 years.

My husband is on H1b but his profession is not on the list of 38 professions published by cic.

What are the chances of success, if I apply as primary applicant and not working for last 4 years.

No,as long as you have worked in that profession for the balance of time you were not in the US,btw Have you checked if your husband is not on the Alberta list,Its separate from the federal list
