Hello Seniors,
Please guide me to obtain PCC, not able to follow the threads completely as my situation is different. I have lived in Canada from 2010 December to 2016 May ' student first then PGWP and returned back to India due to PGWP expiry. Now i am not sure whether i should apply for PCC or not. Have read many threads but still not clear. I have an active EE profile qualified under CEC. The CIC website has PCC information which directs to RCMP site but from there im confused. Can any of you please guide me further process.
