Seniors please advise - Schedule 3 - Economic Classes Form Changed

Hiii,

Schedule 3 - Economic Classed Form has been changed... but I want to know when did this happen... as I have filed my application today itself with the old forms... will it create a problem?

if you have not posted the application then better change it. You may be keeping your application on risk

the form has been changed for quite some time now.. i think u would have filled the form and kept it on ur PC.. the new form has point 12 which asks as to which NOC's would the applicant like to be evaluated under...if u can then better recall ur courier

I have sent my application forms( old ones) along with full documents today. i am a candidate of old rules( before 26 JUN 2010). I don't think it would cause any problem if job experience ( question no. 11) contains only one NOC code.

yes I saved those forms and sent them as it is... there is just one minor change... I sent the courier yesterday morning and someone called me to inform of the changed forms in late evening... i will try and stop that courier today... but I have my doubts, I think the courier would have went places by now... just in case im not able to stop that courier should i send my Economic classes form only again by another courier citing my earlier courier number... or should i let it be as it is...

im confused....

Yes sir... i have mentioned only one noc code through the entire process... and I have also inscribed that noc code on the outer envelope in bold letters... can u please suggest what to do... i don't know how the visa officer might take this... or should i send another courier of my schedule 3 economic classes form again along with an explanation letter stating the error through another courier?

No sir,

I come under the new rules effective 26th June 2010. I had couriered my application on 31st August itself and unfortunately came to know about the error only in evening after somebody called me to inform this.

Anyways, I have sent the latest Economic class form today itself i.e. 1st september, by the same courier, along with an explanation letter and giving ample references to my application like my DOB, Visa office, courier details etc.... hope this would help...
