Seniors Please advise on George Brown/Douglas/Fleming/Fanshawe

Hello Seniors and other members on the forum,

I have done BBA and looking to take admisison in One year Post graduate diploma in Canada.
I have offer letters from the folowing colleges in following courses:
George Brown- Strategic Relationship Management
Douglas- Marketing
Fleming-Marketing and IBM
Fanshawe- Marketing

I need your expert advise on following parameters to decide which is the best option for me

1. Which is the best college among above?
2. Which college area would offer more part time jobs?
3. Which course has more oppurtunities interms of job prospects and PR?
4. Is it possible to get PR after doing one year course?

5. Please advise on cost of living extra expensesin additional to fees and is it possile to work an study together to make our monthly expenses?
