hi.

I had gone there once but they didnt entertain my queries. They say you can contact them by email or FAX which all of us know they never reply. However give it a try. You might be lucky. The public dealing days are mondays to thursdays only between 9.00 - 12.00.

all the best eyedoc

Dear Eyedoc

I have been reading your posts for a while and can only sympathise with you. I can understand the stress you and your family may be going through. As regards your personal contact with the immigration officer (IO) may not be possible as at the most you can reach the counter/reception staff. They will generally ask you to fax or mail your issue. I am not discouraging you. There is no harm in giving it a try, you have nothing to loose. There may be a sympathetic staff at the counter/reception and may give you a patient hearing. Take a print out of the letter signed and dated of what you have to say as there is very remote possibility that you may get a face to face meeting with the IO.

Sushid0c has given the timing of public dealings. But go much in advance. I learn from someone that the queue in front of the Canadian High Commission New Delhi is formed at 3 or 4 am in the morning in the ground/park next to CHC and then at 8am they actually allowed by security to queue infront of the high commission. Please Sushid0c confirm this. So take your stuff accordingly.

All the best and may God bless all the applicants.

Dear Eyedoc,

I would suggest you go and meet the CHC and inquire about your query. I know they will not answer to you case specific query but you can still try. I had by mistake sent my packet to them and I went there and inquired and they said that we will send it back to you once we open you packet since its a wrong packet. No harm in trying.

Best of luck
