I have applied for immigration under FSW (NOC 0213) and submitted my docs exactly 1 year ago. But as you all may know none of us has heard anything from CIC london.

My problem is that i have an option to switch my JOB within the same organization with different & enhanced job role (changed designation). My query is that if I accept this new Job role would this impact my immigration case as this would be totally different from what i have been doing (as NOC 0213).

Please comment & suggest.

Best regards

Hi... From my understanding if you have worked under 0213 for at least one year in your past 10 years then its fine...you can change it ....but if you are changing it in less than one year then problem...

Hi,

I´m not expert but I believe they only ask you to have performed at least one full year with the activities of the NOC within the last 10 years, not currently doing it. So if you had and you prove it, you are safe and can continue accepting the other position. ;)

Perfectly answered. I agree. As long as you worked for more than a year in the last 10 yrs, then, you are good to go for your new post.

Good luck

Thankyou All for your views. I just want to confirm there wont be any issue if they will conduct any sort of verification. Cause i have written other designation and the new one will be different.

Thanks once again :)
