My NAME IS VARUN...... I GOT RUFUSAL ON MY STUDY VISA APPLY UNDER SPP PROGRAM.I HAVE APPLIED TO MOHAWK COLLEGE FOR 1 YEAR PROGRAM IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT(POST GRADUATE PROGRAM).I AM AN MBA PASSOUT WITH 2.5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH NO STUDY GAP TILL JOB.I SUBMITTED MY PROPER OFFER LETTERS AND EXPERIENCE LETTERS...MY EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS ARE

IELTS - 6 BANDS OVERALL
LOAN AMOUNT - 9 LAKH (OBC) AGAINST 10 LAKH RS. FD
Total college fee- 7lakh
canadia high comiision refused my case with the obligations are
1. purpose of study
2.study not match to previous education
3.u wud not leave canada at the end of ur stay
Now am gng to apply again under general visa category...i talked to one of the best consultant....they told me that previous agent didnt make good sop and wrongly filled some forms....so kindly tell me seniors....should i again take this risk....what are the chances of getting visa under general category of same college and same coarse ?????

i think refusal is because ielts score because rest all is fine.

I think there are two main reasons........
PGD after MBA......Study Mismatch......
Low IELTS Score ................

PG diploma after MBA and experience doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Your Ielts score does not fulfill the Canadian per-requisites for post graduate study as far as I know. If you already have a degree and a job, don't try Canada, not worth it and I know that you won't listen to this suggestion and are going to come anyway. Here is your best option: Try improving the IELTS band score and from that i mean get 7.5 by all means. It will take you some time but I assure you it will work and then apply for doctorate. There are a few provinces which have provincial nomination programs especially tailored for Masters and PhD graduates. It will put you on a very favorable place for Permanent residence. Don't feel bad for the refusal. It is NOT the end of the world and there is a huge chance that you can make it to Canada and with better circumstances awaiting you if you are able to implement what I said.

P.S. Don't go for commercial IELTS centers to improve score. They won't help. Instead take tution with a a person who can clear up you English basics and then go from there. In case I sound weird, just know that after coming to Canada you'll know why that is the case.
