I'm waiting for my express entry CEC for nearly 9 months and I got my GCMS note it says:

My work is real and I've worked there for two years until now. My salary is low but is REAL (on my T4 NOA and job letter which is 20K for one year). I've never paid for my company to make my salary higher. All the money I earned is by my real work. An officer phoned me and my manager in December 2016 and he has already confirmed that I'm working. Why I see this........

The officer might have seen that your wage doesn't match your position at work and this might be a red flag to the officer.

Did you get when did you apply, did u got RCMP request. I would suggest you to ask local MP office to help you out, what's going on with your file.

I applied on september 2016 and I got RCMP request on the end of October.

I applied on February 4, 2017. N got my RCMP request on April 10, 2017, but i was on study permit before so it got over in February 2017 but simultaneously i also applied for visitors permit which i got in april 2017 till February 2018but since than waiting nothing i got called from CIC, don't know what happen to
My file.

Misrepresentation is serious. If your salary is very low - I agree the problem may be that CIC doesn't believe you're doing the job you say you're doing. Having an unreasonably low salary can result in refusal. Hopefully the $20K is the pay you received for part of a year of work and doesn't represent your salary for a whole year.

Which NOC are you working under? What's your wage or salary? Where are you working (province/city)?

My noc is 6315 and I'm in Alberta. My wage is 13.5/hour and little bit more than 20k per year. I do work there all time. And all the salary is real. The CIC didn't send me any info to notice me yet. If this is going to be a misrepresenting, I'll withdraw it right now

And I'm considering to withdraw my case right away

I would assume they are conducting reviews to confirm their decision.

You're below the 'low' posted salary for Alberta. So while you may be doing all of the duties listed, your salary is a problem.

It's possible they may still make the misrepresentation finding even if you try to withdraw. That's something none of us can predict.

thanks for your reply. I ordered twice for my notes. the first time which was in March this section was blanked out for half a page, but actually it already appears this notes. the second this I ordered in June and I saw this section. Why sometimes they blank out some parts of the note?

And I've never expected that this would be a misrepresentation. i heard many people their salary is low just like me, and finally their cases were rejected due to the work experience may not qualify. But I've never heard anyone got a misrepresentation due to this kind of issue. And I didn't receive any procedural fairness yet. Is it too late for me to drop the case?
