Seniors Help !!! Improved Ielts TRF's submission after Full Docs. Dispatch

hi

my IELTS is giving me 14
and my total score is 65

120 days of Complete docs submission will expire on july 17th.

so im sending the complete docs tomm.

can i sit for IELTS on july 31st and send the TRF on 16th AUG to the CHC, Delhi?

will the VISA officer accept it, if the scores are giving me 16 points ???

why and why not?

If the visa officer opens your file after 17th july (the deadline of your documents request) and before you have send an updated improved score .... sorry mate then you are doomed...but just in case he does not open your file till the time you send in your improved result you may still stand a chance. As you have no choice as presently you have 65 points why not take a chance and keep your fingers crossed. Usually it has been seen that the visa officer does take a few days/weeks after the expiry of the deadline. So give it a try.... no harm.

im sending my Masters Diploma Cert. with marksheets (all Notorized).
its a 2 year course done after B Com---- from Symbiosis Instt. of Mgmt Studies, Distance learning.

if they accept it, then i will get those 2 Life saving pts.....ad my score will touch 67 !

any comments ? ? ?

Anil,

Go ahead and send the docs, else it will not be accepted. And get the ielts exam and send updated result when u get those. They will most probably open ur file in 15-20 days after they receive them and u do not have much time left as 13th is almost over. They will 99% consider it. Best of Luck.

Visa officer may consider it, make more efforts, you are near the line. Appear in IELTS Exam again and send its TRF as fast as possible. All you need is 16/16, and you will be flying to Canada.
Motivation for the goal is must. Take it a turning point in your life.

Hi anil india,

The visa officer will consider the IELTS result that you will send as the final one. They will not consider multiple IELTS results. This is clearly stated in the Instruction Guide of CIC. Also they say that all documents must be sent in one package. Unfortunately if you send another IELTS result later (which would be a better one) they will not consider it as since it was not with the original package.

Therefore your hope would be to get the extra points that you have mentioned in your education category only.

I knew someone with the same case. She was allowed to send only the proof that she is going to appear for the test. So even though her 120 days were over, her file/application was still considered.

So the best thing u shoud do now is don't waste time and send them directly your documents, and explaine to them that you are going to submit the ielts later. VO will understand that as they have handled several cases like that, for sure.

Can i sit in IELTS on 31th july and send it on 17th Aug. to the VO.

will he accept it, if its giving me 16 pts?

If yes, then wat steps and precautions i shud take, rit now.

Now that's where the difference is.. In your case you have submitted full docs including ur ielts that made u fell underscore by 2 points... Ok. since that is already there, I think the best thing to do now is reappear for ielts on 31st and achieve the required score..
Once they review your file for sure they will notice that u fall underscore and they will contact/email you of such thing..Just pray that they will give you another extension to submit your proof of language. I have read somewhere that some are given 60 days to submit their proof of language.. This is only my thought and lets hope that this will happen exactly in your case...

5 mins back i have made payments for IELTS on 31st july.

i am taking its printout and sending a courier to CHC, to wait till Aug. 20th to assess my case.
