Please tell me the documents required for General visa category.
I have made a list . please let me know if i miss anything.
1) Generic Checklist
2) Application for Study permit made outside of Canada.
3) Application for Temporary Resident Visa.
4) Consent Form
5) Family Information Form
6) Study Permit Questionnaire.
7) Letter Of Admission.
8) Statement of Purpose.
9) Fee payment slip (First term fee paid to the college).
10) Passport.
11) Degree and Mark sheets (graduation)
12) Medical slip.
13) Two Passport Photographs.
14) Loan Letter.
15) Affidavit of support from my parents (as they are sponsoring my studies).
16) TOEFL Score card.
17) Pension book photocopy (as my mother is retired gov. teacher).
18) Fixed deposits in my saving account. (Certificates issued by Bank officials).
Please let me know if any thing is missing .
Do i need to attach CA's evaluation report (my property and home) ??
