i have applied paper based and this time i took medical upfront but unfortunately the receipt of IOM left in my bag and i have given the file to Gerrys today what to do i am very nervous please help me out......????

Talk to the VAC gerrys center if they can send it later referencing the file.

If they say NO. then TCS the receipt that you need to include and mention your complete file details on a cover letter attached with the receipt.

i applied online with very basic documents , dont exactly know much about paper base documentation, but would like to advice you to help your nerves calm.

i assumed that medical report is something else and IOM receipt is different , if this is the case i dont think you should be worried about.
for further explanation i would like to ask you what exact documents have you submitted to fulfill your medical section requiirements/

i suggest you never disclose your personal information on email, use your application reference no. only

Make sure the High Commission receives the original receipt of the upfront medical examination.
Do not use E-mail as a means to provide documents required for your application.
